Our beloved Strobepro Optical Snoot just got some major upgrades! The Optical Snoot II is fully redesigned for 2022 and better than ever.
The Strobepro Optical Snoot II Kit is designed for strobe and LED lights. It currently fits all Godox lights and will fit the majority of other brands including Profoto, Elinchrom, Alien Bees and more.
Our base kit now comes with a much larger assortment of gobos. Both new and familiar gobos make their way into this set of Strobepro staff picks.
The Strobepro Optical Snoot can create focussed or defocussed patterns simply by adjusting the focus on your attached lens.
Maybe you don't have an extra lens to delegate to your optical snoot. Strobepro has you covered with this flexible and bright 50mm f/1.8 lens that has been optimized to provide a good distribution of light across the widest gobo patterns. It is also the best way to mount the included gels to the lens.

Excellent produit.
Love the creativity it gives me. Enabled me to level up my game regarding photography
Strobepro was a pleasure to deal with. Good quick service. The Optical Snoot will require some practice to make the best use of it. I tested it once in the studio so far. Observations are that 1. It saps a lot of light power. Using a Godox 400 ws strobe, required me to increase the ISO significantly greater than I would normally want to shoot in the studio. If I move the unit closer to the subject in order to increase the light power, it naturally changes the effect. I'll have to find the sweet spot over time. Also, the Strobepro 50 mm lens was a bit temperamental when it came to focusing. The general construction of the unit seems good and I'm sure that I'll be happy with it over time.
Lots of options with the gobos, and easy to have that "window" or "blinds" look
