Easily switch between brands by putting in a different speedring insert. This speedring replaces the Strobepro/Bowens S-fit speedring supplied as standard with all Folding Umbrella Series Strobepro softboxes and octaboxes.  Only 3 screws need to be undone to change the speedring.
