NEW DESIGN

The Godox VL200LED COB chipset delivers more power than its competitors at the same wattage. The VL200 COB LED Video Light from Godox is a lightweight and compact LED monolight-style LED. It works great for portrait, still life, location photography, and also for video-based applications. The daylight-balanced COB LED features a CRI rating of 96 and a TLCI rating of 95, producing highly accurate colour renditions and rendering extremely realistic skin tones.

EXTERNAL CONTROL

The VL200 light body is operated and powered from an external controller, keeping it compact and lightweight for use overhead and on booms.

BLUETOOTH CONTROL

Take advantage of controlling your VL200 with the Godox Photo App. With this app, you'll be able to fully control your light directly from your smartphone. You can also use the optional remote control.

DAYLIGHT 5600K COLOUR

The Godox VL200 has an excellent daylight colour balance of 5600K with a CRI of 96+.

BATTERY OPTIONS AVAILABLE

BOWENS/STROBEPRO MOUNT

This is the real reason you want this kind of light. LED panels and other types of continuous lights can be difficult to modify. With a traditional monolight design and the popular Bowens/Strobepro mount, you'll be able to use our whole assortment of softboxes, umbrellas, etc. Just be sure to select your modifier with the Strobepro/Bowens speedring.

Excellent light

Great little light for my home studio. It’s bright enough to record videos. It’s an entry model but a decent quality for someone that needs something not too pricey but also a good product.

Great light

Been looking at the VL150 for a while and finally pulled the trigger around black Friday. Also, first time ordering from StrobePro and so far I don't regret it. I called them to ask a few questions about their services and was greeted by an informative person which definitely helped me make my decision to purchase from them. Would order again from them if/when the time comes.

As for the light, it's as advertised. All the great reviews on youtube and forums are correct. Well built, quiet (light really quiet), and is a nice addition to my sl60w. I use a large Laofas dome on it and use a smaller SmallRig dome on my sl60w now as a filler. If I need another light that is even brighter, probably going to continue with the VL lineup as the Apurture ones are far out of my budget. Don't get it wrong, there are compromises, obviously, between Aputure products and these. BUT, I don't think they are enough to notice for the average user. I would appreciate a metal adjustment wheel and a slightly more organized carrying bag that fits the light snugger, but these are minor issues (if you can call them that).

All in all, great purchase and a great experience so far. Would recommend.

Excellent Light and Fast Shipping

The build quality and light output of the VL150 is amazing. I was looking to buy a 3-point setup and I debated buying a VL300 as my key but decided to try the VL150 for key and fill. I'm glad I did! The output from the VL150 is incredibly high, quiet and very easy to work with. Besides shooting outdoors, I don't see where I will need more light than what it can pump out. I'm very happy with two VL150 and one Godox ML60 as my three-point setup. Each light has a sturdy case and the included remotes will make it easier to manage my setup while behind the camera. Also, Strobepro continues to be my favourite place to buy gear. I ordered around 10:00am and it was at my door in Saskatchewan within 24 hours. They're awesome!

Godox VL 150 a Class Act.

From the light itself, to the case it comes in, this is one excellent LED COB light. Solid light output, construction and features make this a winning package. For those that would like a close equivalent to the Aputure 120D ll at a much more reasonable price, this is it.
And purchasing from from Strobepro...always a positive experience.

Great light to add to the collecton

I wanted to use my photography light modifiers with a compact continuous led. The VL150 had great reviews for the quality of light, portable and the fact it can be powered by v-mount batteries. The bag is shipped holds everything perfectly for transport.

On a 36 inch octobox this light at 50 % would be bright enough to light any interview I needed.

Strobepro was extremely fast at shipping as always.
