Contrôleur de déclenchement radio tactile Godox X3-O - Olympus-Panasonic

My travelling and fun Camera is an OM system micro 4/3. My other Godox trigger is huge on top of it. I have an X3 for my Canon system and realized how perfect it would be for the micro 4/3.

I’ve used several previous versions of Godox triggers, including the Adorama customized one, and this is a breath of fresh air: so many improvements and a much improved design, from the internal battery to the locking mechanism, and the interface makes more sense to me than a zillion buttons.

I’ve been using the Godox X3 and it’s a really slick little trigger that keeps my setup compact without sacrificing the features I actually need. The touchscreen is quick and intuitive, and the built-in battery plus USB-C charging make it feel much more modern and convenient than older triggers. For the money, it’s an easy recommend if you want something small, clean, and reliable for everyday flash work.

I've very happy with this trigger so far. I switched from the original X-Pro and have found it so easy to use and the layout is very intuitive. I wasn't sure how the switch to a touchscreen would work, but I have not had any issues with the unit or accidental touches (and I have big fingers). I know the dial is on the same side the camera is held with, but I haven't had the need to use the dial yet so that isn't an issue for me. I also love that it is rechargeable without the need for batteries and is super small and light. I also like that it comes with a case to protect it when travelling. Very happy with this purchase.

I thought I would miss the physical buttons, but I find myself using the features of this trigger with ease compared to digging through the menus of my previous model. It’s awesome!

This trigger is easy to pack in your camera bag. With my IT30 remote Godox flash, I now have the ability for off-camera flash that is very easy to travel with. A perfect solution for me. The unit is well made and once you can sort out the Godox terminology and interface, it is well worth owning one.

The Godox X3-C works great. I was worried that the screen would be too small to navigate but that is not the case. I am very pleased with the ease of navigation and intuitive interface. The slim profile is nice too.

It’s small. It’s very easy to use ONCE YOU SET IT UP. I am a bit dismayed by how difficult it was to connect it to older wireless flashes from Godox, and I think it was just a fluke that it actually worked in the end. All is well that ends well, I guess. But it could be made a bit easier. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

I originally was planning to pick up the xpro to go with my new strobe but when I went into the store the helpful fellow working there showed me all the options. I was a bit skeptical that the x3 would be as easy as he said it would be but he was right! It is nice and small but the screen is still easy to read and the menus are easy to navigate. I haven’t had it long but battery life seems to be great. I have done several sessions with it and have not yet needed to charge it. That it is rechargeable and doesn’t require batteries to be replaced is a bonus too. Great investment.

This is a handy little item for wireless flash. The touch screen does not always work, especially when your fingers are cold, or it's cold outside. The little button on the side has never failed me, it can be used instead of the touch screen. The screen is nice and bright, that's a plus when using it outside.

Really great product. It is smaller and looks more sleek than its predecessor, while still having all the necessary features.

Fast and responsive even though it's a touch screen but if you are in a rush or have to remain very productive with more than 2 groups, I would go for the Pro 2 which allows you a more global view and faster control. Swiping up and down to find your group in kind of annoying.

If you are someone in need of a smaller and lighter trigger, this is made for you.

What else can I say, but this little controller does everything it needs to do (& more) in a lightweight, and user-friendly package! The weight is imperceptible on my Canon R5ii. Highly recommend.

Great device…but still waiting for nikon z6iii to update so ttl works.

Godox continues to provide useful and effective products at a realistic price point while challenging the biggest names in usability. This little trigger builds on that in a surprisingly intuitive package with construction that feels built as good as it gets.

I've replaced my GODOX X Pro II controllers with the X3 controllers for their compact size, a more vivid (and colourful) screen, one less battery size to carry and, I find them faster to operate that the X Pro II, with its rotary dial. The hot shoe lock is a great innovation, and seems to be more robust than other mechanisms. I often photograph events at night with 2 cameras (Nikon and Lumix) sharing one off camera flash. The X3 is more appropriate for the µ4/3 camera due to size. Just the screen display at night makes this a better choice over the older controllers, but the controls on the X3 seem more intuitive and faster to operate to me. My X3 O came with the Sekonic L858 connectivity built in. The X3 N lacked the upgraded software but a firmware upgrade was available at the GODOX website.

Used with OM System OM-5, its tiny size and weight make external flash easier than ever before. I love the USB charging which eliminates need for external charger and also allows unit to be much smaller than two AA batteries.

I love how easy it is to use, just a slip of a finger. I also love the click and lock on to the hot shoe feature... no more screws to over tighten... it has worked flawlessly with my older Godox 350 and 685 units...

The X3 is a great alternative to the X Pro which I was using before. The touch screen and the scroll wheel make selections easier. It can be attached and removed from a camera with one hand and the carrying case is an added bonus when packing it. As usual, StrobePro turnaround was fast and problem free. I have been dealing here for years and will continue to do so.

I'm a bit disappointed not because of the quality of the merchandise, but the delivery timeline which took a long time to be provided. That really had bad impact for future pre-orders.

Works great, easy to use, and super light. The addition of the USBC built in battery is also a welcome upgrade
