AD-FP-36
The Godox AD-FP Flash Projector Kit 36° turns compatible Godox-mount flashes into a compact projection system for controlled shapes, patterns, and accents. The included 36° lens provides a practical medium beam angle for portraits, product photography, and creative lighting effects in the studio or on location.
All Strobepro equipment comes with our in-house warranty and industry-leading support. We stock parts, we use our products, and we're here to help before and after the sale. Your AD-FP ships from Canadian inventory and is backed by our Calgary-based team.
The AD-FP is the Godox-mount version of the Godox Flash Projector family. Godox lists it for the AD300Pro and AD300Pro II. Choose the FP-R version for compatible round-head flashes or the FP-M version for compatible square-head flashes; the projector bodies are not universal across mount types.
The included 36° lens balances projection size with working distance, making it a useful starting point for both pattern projection and shaped light. The Godox Flash Projector system also supports 19° and 50° projection lenses when you need a tighter or broader beam.
Integrated shutter blades let you cut the beam into controlled geometric shapes without adding another modifier. This is useful for placing a narrow highlight, building a window-style shape, or keeping projected light off areas of the scene where it is not wanted.
The projector uses a 360° rotatable design, so you can adjust the orientation of a projected shape or gobo while the light remains mounted. This helps keep your framing and focus consistent while fine-tuning the angle of the effect.
The AD-FP supports size M gobos, slide-in colour and diffusion gels, and the optional SP-ID iris diaphragm. The iris adjusts the diameter of a circular projection, while gels and gobos add colour, texture, and pattern control.
Create a window pattern behind a portrait, add a defined pool of light to a product, place a narrow highlight on a subject, or add texture to a plain background. Because the AD-FP works with compatible portable Godox flashes, it brings projection-style control to compact studio and location setups.
Godox lists the AD-FP for the AD300Pro and AD300Pro II. The FP-R is used for compatible round-head flashes, while the FP-M is used for compatible square-head flashes.
No. The AD-FP is a projection attachment kit. A compatible Godox AD300Pro or AD300Pro II flash is required and sold separately.
The 36° lens provides medium projection coverage. It is a balanced choice when you want useful working distance without making the projected pattern too narrow or too wide.
Yes. Godox lists 19°, 36°, and 50° projection lens options for the Flash Projector system. The 19° lens is tighter, while the 50° lens gives broader coverage.
Yes. The Godox Flash Projector system supports size M gobos plus slide-in colour and diffusion gels with the appropriate holders.
No. On the Flash Projector system, the optional SP-ID iris and gobo holder use the same accessory slot, so they cannot be installed at the same time.
No. The AD-FP is a passive optical attachment. Flash power, triggering, and exposure control come from the compatible Godox flash and trigger system.
No. Use the dedicated Godox projection lenses. Godox warns against substituting camera lenses because heat may damage them.
