In a world of ‘Chat Assistants’ and robo-help, the folks at Strobepro are a breath of fresh air. We live 300 km from the nearest Strobepro location so I have never been in the store and have done all of my shopping online. But prior to each purchase, I called in and spoke to one of their knowledgable and very pleasant lighting experts. They took the time to carefully explain the pros and cons of each item I was shopping for. As a result, I am completely satisfied with everything I bought: lights, modifiers, radio transmitters and receivers and various brackets and accessories. Their products are excellent quality and their after market support is second to none. Got a problem - just give them a call. I love these guys!
Really knowledgeable staff. Tracy helped me choose the right strobes and soft boxes. I wanted to switch from speedlights to continuous LED, but after having a good chat I realized that for the type of work I do I am better off with strobes. Switching was really easy and intuitive, the new gear is so easy to use, I just did a photo job on the weekend and I couldn't be happier with the results.
