Cabezal de extensión Godox AD-H600B

The extension head kit was just what I needed to make positioning an overhead softbox so much easier when using a boom arm and the Strobepro X600ii strobe.

I've used Strobepro many times over the years and they are always very knowledgeable with excellent customer service.

I'm very used to putting my ad600 on C-Stands, Monopods, and I'm very familiar with how heavy it can be and the associated counterweights. But since buying this, my assistant can put the pack on her shoulders and easily move the light source around on the monopod, in studio the light pack is the counterweight, making outdoor shoots faster, and studio shoots safer. Great product, a must-have for any ad600 owner.

I attach the strobe on the base of the light stand with a super clamp. Less top heavy for extra stability especially for location shoots. I have one for each strobe; not just for the boom stand. Better than sandbags; plus its easier to access the strobe.

This is great thinking from Godox team yet again. You can make your AD600 a Head/Battery Pack like structure using this. Great solution when you don't want the extra weight on your modifier plus the AD600 acts as counter weight on the stand. Support from Strobepro was great as usual.

I love these. Shooting outdoors and being able to use the lights main body as a counterweight while protecting the main body from damage from a fall-priceless. Using it indoors on a boom stand and having the main body act as a counterweight-super practical and again a terrific safety featureless likelihood of a fall.

Brilliant idea and works like a charm!

Every strobe should have this accessory. Transferring the weight away from the top of the light stand just makes sense. I put a super clamp and spigot to the lower end of my light stand to hold the X600ii. Works great.

I now have 2 AD600's, 2 AD200's, 1 X60 and various modifiers to round out my lighting system. Just got the extensions to allow a little more versatility for boom and extended mounting of the 600's. Great service and the products are superb and work as specified. What more can you ask for?

I would never risk placing the AD600 overhead on a light stand/boom before purchasing the extension kit. It opens up more creative lighting possibilities and actually makes a heavy lighting setup more portable. The battery/base can be carried in a bag or backpack with the head on a lightweight stand.

Not too expensive and will be great on those windy days outdoors when I don't have to stick my light up on the end of a tripod.

It’s an extension head; I don’t do high speed photos so I cannot comment on lag, but I have had no issues with portraits. Keeps weight off of the boom, which is what is more important to me. This was shipped missing the locking ring and case, then only TWO days after my conversation with them did the replacements arrive in Toronto. While I have bought into the Godox system, I buy from Strobepro for the customer service and friendly staff that never once questioned my missing parts. Thank you guys.
