Estroboscópico de estudio Godox DP400IIIV con lámpara de modelado LED

I should have ordered one of these years ago. The LED model lamp is great. Good cycle times and great power output. Wasn’t sure if I needed the 600 or if 400 will do. I don’t have a huge studio, so the 400 worked great. If I had to do more outdoor shoots, I would probably opt for a battery powered 600.

I use these as backup and hair/rim lights and they are perfect! Good all around light.

A great choice for studio use (manual mode, AC powered). Replaced my old ones that used the 150W halogen bulbs. They were bright enough to be visibly useful in a softbox, but had a much warmer colour balance and got quite hot fairly quickly. So you used them only when necessary.

Fast forward to today. LED COB modeling lights were much cooler, required less power and were daylight balanced. Only problem is that too many of the strobes only had a 10W LED, which wasn't great when used with a softbox. The DP400IIIV has a 30W LED which is much more useful. That's the equivalent of a little more than the old 150W hot halogen bulbs. Ordered this model from StrobePro, and problem solved!

It's also a solid metal construction with a faster recycle time. Recommended!

Great unit, straightforward to operate, especially with the videos to accompany! Only thing to note is the weight, if you are used to battery powered units.
