Watched the strobe pro YouTube video before purchasing and the stand is exactly as expected. It's sturdy and easy to adjust. Includes the sand bag and baby pin. It was well packaged and arrived in a week. Would order again.

This stand has become an indispensable tool in my video production. The versatility of this thing is amazing - I put lights on it, hang them from overhead, put cameras, microphones, diffusers... whatever you can think of, at whatever angle you want it in - this stand can do it. And when you're done using it it will fold down into this nice compact little thing to carry and throw around. It's so good!! I'm about to get another one. At that price it's a crime not to!

Ive ordered a number a light stands from Strobepro and this boom is just as great. It works perfect for our needs, as we use this particularly as an overhead microphone mount for video production more often than a light mount. The quality of parts is excellenteven down to the details of the little 1/4-20 / 3/8-16 spud, where they shaved down one side so the screws arent trying to tighten against a rounded surface. That is great R&Dwell done Strobepro!

This stand is so easy to work, it is worth every penny and was worth the 6 days waiting for it. I sent my Westcott boom back and bought this.

I used it on set yesterday (May24th) for the first time. It was so easy to set up. Its heavy duty pro grade yet still not as bulky as a regular c stand. Im going to purchase another. Oh Im currently using the 16 ft stand.

High quality product, exactly as expected out of the box. Extension arm is stable even when fully extended at 90 degrees with lightweight microphone attached. Incorporated 1/4 and 3/8 bolts make the stand extremely versatile. Would highly recommend.

I bought this 16' boom light stand from Strobepro after having the 13' version for over a year. It's by far the best light stand on the market and it's a shame more professionals don't know about it. It's made better than Manfrotto's version, which lets me not have to worry about what expensive gear I place on it.
The 16' stand is hilariously tall, ready for any job I throw at it. I'll never buy light stands from anyone else again.

I am very happy with this purchase. I bought it because my other stand is not as sturdy. I especially like how easy it is to get the horizontal bar set up without needing help from another person. I had to do a lot of twisting with the old one, so even though this one is more expensive, it is worth it!

I have only had it for a couple shoots - but it holds an 4' octagon softbox and strobe without any issue, I fully expect to be able to use it with a 71" one as well
