I had an extra wide backdrop- so bought a couple of these kits to fit together and clamped the middle to an extra light stand for support. Great solution and excellent customer service!!!

I bought 2 sets to make 20' crossbar. Sturdy and easy to transport! Love it!

Simple yet brilliant design. Since my original telescoping crossbar only reached 6'6", I went looking for one that wasn't too costly and could go up to 10' wide and not bow in the middle. After much research, I ended up here and though shipping was almost as much as the crossbar itself, this product is worth every penny. There is even little runners inside the tubes that allow the pin to automatically go through the hole in the connecting tube and also prevent excessive wobble/play. Very solid yet light. If I had known about this company before, I would have bought my background stands here as well !

Awesome quality product.the moving insert/extend crossbar is exactly what I'm looking for compare to assemble/disassemble 3 section crossbar. No hassle to break the crossbar apart. The crossbar is lightweight and sturdy with the muslin backdrop or seamless paper backdrop without problem.

The crossbar looks well made and seems sufficient to the job.
The buttons could be a bit bigger but they do the job.
Other than painting it black I can't think of any reason to not buy it.

I have very heavy 10x20 backdrops and works perfect no problems at all I would recommend it for sure!

This is a very well built item and it performs as it should. I use it on the bottom of my light stand on clamps to be able to strech the wrinkles out of the backdrop

I haven't used the item yet but if it's like everything else I buy from Strobepro guaranteed there won't be any issues with this item.

The stand and backdrop work even better than I expected. The stands are well made, solid and the action is smooth. The backdrop is of a heavy weight with no imperfections.

This Crossbar works ok.
Just wish it were a little bit sturdier so as to support a 30lb vinyl background without sagging in the middle.

Perfect solution for hanging your backdrop.
The pole remains perfectly straight. Spring loaded snap together design works flawlessly.
For the cost, there is no substitution from your local hardware store, copper pipe is to expensive and you need to drill your own hanging holes; pvc or wood dowel, dose not have the right length or strength to work with easily, as well as drilling your own holes.

I'm very happy with this pole. I bought two and use the extra two middle sections with the first pole as an overhead rack for alien bees. Totally sturdy, very little sag. And quick!

Love this support bar as it’s very sturdy and breaks down into small sections for transport. I bought this as an option instead of the telescopic bar which doesn’t offer the same support.

Gave it four stars instead of five because it doesn’t fit over a standard baby pin size receiver on a stand such as the top of a c-stand. I drilled my own 5/8” hole as opposed to the 1/4” one on the stand. Other than this no complaints.
