      If this is the same as the Godox X1T-O for olympus, how does it activate HSS . The Godox has a switch in the same location as your on/off switch for focus assist lamp but is used for a HSS switch. Not sure how the Godox turns on the Focus assist lamp . To enable focus assist on my Nikon triggers, I have of yours ,you must enable a custom function in the settings, cant remember which number in the custom functions. Does this trigger have both HSS and focus assist lamp ? If so ,how are they enabled together ?

      Strobepro Studio Lighting

      It works the same as the Godox. Panasonic, Olympus and Sony do not have focus assist. That switch is used to enable the HSS. Canon and Nikon have focus assist which needs to be enabled in the custom functions menu and can then be controlled by the on/off dedicated button for it. HSS is automatic on Canon and Nikon.

      Are there a separate receivesr available to control older flashes with the XT-OP trigger?

      Strobepro Studio Lighting

      Yes the XT-OP will control all X series lights. They will auto detect that it is the XT-OP trigger and treat them as full Olympus/Panasonic lights.
