HSS (HIGH SPEED SYNC)
The AD400 Pro supports HSS, allowing you to unlock your whole shutter speed range where you'd otherwise be limited to your flash sync speed. This is typically used to bring down ambient light when shooting with fast apertures, but it can also be used to freeze fast action in competing light.
