SHIPPING NOTES

• Shipping promotions do not include remote beyond destination charges from Fedex Purolator, UPS or Canada Post.  This includes remote destinations and some islands where surcharges apply. You will be contacted with this additional invoice if your address is in this zone.
• Shipping promotions do not include NWT, Yukon and Nunavut.  
• Items returned on any free shipping promos may incur a charge for the shipping.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

• Orders placed before 3pm MST are shipped same day.
• Stat holidays in Alberta and Canada will affect shipping times. Weather delays and peak shipping seasons can also affect shipping times.
• Business days mean Monday to Friday.  eg. An overnight express shipment sent on Friday will arrive Monday.

Ground Canada - 2-4 Business Days
Express Canada- 1-2 Business Days

UPS Ground USA - 2-5 Business Days
UPS Express USA- 1-2 Business Days

USA CUSTOMS

• Times do not take into account any customs delays.
• International orders do not include any customs or brokerage charges that may apply.  
• These are the responsibility of the customer and are billed by the shipping carrier directly.

International Express - Times vary depending on country. Please contact us for an accurate rate quote.

We ship all over Canada, United States and the rest of the world.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes of course.  If you're in the Calgary, Alberta area we'd love for you to stop by the showroom.

Who do you ship with?

We use UPS, Fedex and Purolator most of the time in Canada.  We use UPS to the US and international. Our discount rates are so high that you get the best deal and it's super fast.
