    What does “beat by 10% of the difference” mean?
    If a competitor’s price is lower, we match it and then beat it by 10% of the price difference. Example: if their price is $100 lower, we beat it by an additional $10.
    Can I call instead of emailing?
    Yes. You can call us and we’ll verify the competitor’s price with you over the phone. Once approved, we’ll email you a custom invoice so you can pay online.
    Do you match Amazon?
    Yes. We match Amazon pricing as long as the item is the same model, new, in stock, and the price is publicly verifiable at the time of review.
    What do you need from me?
    The product name, competitor price, a link to the listing, and store location if applicable. If you already purchased, include your order number or receipt.
    What if I already purchased?
    Submit your request within 7 days of purchase. If approved, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.
    What items are excluded?
    Discontinued items, clearance items, pricing errors, or offers that are not comparable or verifiable.
    Do you include shipping or special handling fees?
    No. Price matching does not include shipping, oversized freight, or special handling charges.
    Does the competitor need to have the item in stock?
    Yes. The item must be in stock and available for purchase at the time of verification.
    Is price matching available outside Canada?
