    Did You Know?

    Most other retailers limit their "Free Shipping" to a maximum of 10 pounds.  At Strobepro we free ship orders of 50, 100, even 300 pounds for free.  As long as it's not an oversized item or in a beyond destination zone there is no extra charge.  Please see free shipping notes below. 

    Shipping Within Canada 

    • Free Shipping: Orders over $99 CAD (~$70 USD) qualify for free shipping, excluding gift cards, warranty repairs, tax, and oversized items.
    • Oversized Items: Items like C-Stands, Savage Paper, Flex-out Backdrops, Wheeled Kit Bags, and anything over 48" are not included in free shipping promotions.

    • Remote Areas: Shipping promotions do not cover remote areas with extra charges from Purolator, FedEx, UPS, or Canada Post. If your postal code contains a zero in the first section (e.g., L0R 2C0), you may be in a surcharge zone, and we’ll contact you with any additional costs.

    • Exclusions: Free shipping does not apply to NWT, Yukon, or Nunavut.

    • Returns: If you return an item from a free shipping order, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

    • Shipping Adjustments: Oversized shipping rates may not always be accurate due to carrier system errors. If there’s a discrepancy, we’ll notify you before proceeding.

    • PO Boxes: We usually avoid shipping to PO Boxes. Please provide a standard shipping address.

    Shipping to the United States

    • Free Shipping: Orders over $99 CAD (~$70 USD) qualify for free shipping, excluding gift cards, warranty repairs, tax, and oversized items.

    • Exclusions: Free shipping applies only to the lower 48 states.

    • Tariffs: A 10% tariff may apply to Chinese-made products, billed by UPS at customs. Strobepro does not charge this fee. Since Canada doesn’t have this tariff, our prices are often 10% lower than in the U.S.

    • Customs, Duty & Tax: Strobepro does not charge state or federal tax. If your state requires tax, UPS will collect it at customs—just like paying your state directly. If any duty applies it will also be collected by UPS.
    • Returns: If you return an item from a free shipping order, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund plus any customs, duty or tax charges to import back into Canada.

    • PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a standard shipping address.

    Shipping Worldwide

    • Free Shipping: Free shipping only applies to Canada and the USA
    • UPS Express: International orders are shipped via UPS Economy Express. The good new-it's fast. The bad news- it's expensive.
    • Customs, Duty & Tax: Strobepro does not charge any foreign tax including VAT. If your location requires tax, UPS will collect it at customs—just like paying your tax directly. If any duty applies it will also be collected by UPS.

    • International Returns: International returns are expensive! If you return an item from a free shipping order, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund plus any customs, duty or tax charges to import back into Canada. 

    How Long Does Shipping Take?

    • Orders placed before 3pm MST are shipped same day. (exceptions apply to holiday rush)
    • Stat holidays in Alberta and Canada will affect shipping times. Weather delays and peak shipping seasons can also affect shipping times.
    • Business days mean Monday to Friday.  eg. An overnight express shipment sent on Friday will arrive Monday.

    Delivery Times

    Ground Canada - 2-4 Business Days
    Express Canada- 1-2 Business Days

    UPS Ground USA - 2-5 Business Days
    UPS Express USA- 1-2 Business Days

    International Express - Times vary depending on country. Please contact us for an accurate rate quote.

    We know you don't want to pay shipping costs so we do our best to keep them as low as possible.

    We ship all over Canada, United States and the rest of the world.

    Can I pick up my order?

    Yes of course.  If you're in the Calgary, Alberta area we'd love for you to stop by the showroom.

    Who do you ship with?

    Depending on location and price we use UPS, Fedex, Purolator and occasionally Canada Post. We use UPS to the USA and international. Our discount rates are so high that you get the best deal and it's super fast.

    Can I use a different carrier?

    If you have a corporate account number or need a specific courier we can usually accommodate.  Please contact us and we will make arrangements.
