No, really! The spiral shape of the flash tube ensures a truly round projection, and the integrated front diffuser provides a smooth, even falloff with virtually no hot spot. Whether you can't fit a modifier into your carry-on pack, or you just enjoy working with bare flashes, the Round Head provides a more pleasing quality of light than the stock fresnel lens.
The Round Head will bring joy and confidence to shooting with just a bare flash, but we do have many small modifiers built specifically for it! Simple magnetic attachments make swapping them in and out a piece of cake. Check out the product page for our Round Head Accessory Kit, or add one to your order using the dropdown menu above.
The Round Head has an integrated LED modelling lamp positioned behind the flash tube with three levels of power control.

A Great accessory to the Godox AD200 Pro II. Thanks to Strobepro Studio Lighting Calgary for the very fast delivery to Winnipeg. The light performs beautifully and worked well with a variety of modifiers too. Highly recommend the light at Strobepro service
Really! Best use for head shots that requier an addition of softness!
Functions as expected based on all the reviews and research prior to the purchase.
Solid build, lighting subjects really well, finding multiple uses from portrait photography, family photos, event photos.
Experimenting for use it in macro photography, so far results positive.
Should really be part of the Godox AD200 Pro kit.
Very good light
I bought this attachment for the ease of use of gels with the AD200. However, once placed in a softbox or halfdome, the light dispersion from the head is very concentrated towards the centre of the box, even when used with the dome accessory inside the softbox. I found the bare bulb head had the best illumination to completely cover the panel of the softbox, however, using gels with the elastic bands can be tedious and time consuming when changing setups on a shoot. So, if you need to use gels with the round flash head, just be aware that inside a softbox that you'll only be illuminating about 1/4 of the box face. Great addition to my kit and have absolutly no reservations about the purchase what so ever.
