Our beloved Strobepro Optical Snoot just got some major upgrades!  The Optical Snoot II is fully redesigned for 2022 and better than ever.

What's New?

• 16 Gobos now included instead of 4.
• Redesigned body and fitment to cut down on light loss.
• New lens and mounting system.  Choose between a Canon EF mount or a Nikon F mount, or go with our new proprietary 50mm f/1.8 lens. 
• New internal diffusion disc for better performance.
• Now uses our standard Strobepro 6" (152mm) speedrings to fit almost all brands
• New gel mounting system for improved performance (only for Strobepro lens)

LED or Strobe

The Strobepro Optical Snoot II Kit is designed for strobe and LED lights.  It currently fits all Godox lights and will fit the majority of other brands including Profoto, Elinchrom, Alien Bees and more.  

16 Hand-Picked Gobos

Our base kit now comes with a much larger assortment of gobos. Both new and familiar gobos make their way into this set of Strobepro staff picks.

Ultimate Control

The Strobepro Optical Snoot can create focussed or defocussed patterns simply by adjusting the focus on your attached lens.  

Optional 50mm Lens

Maybe you don't have an extra lens to delegate to your optical snoot.  Strobepro has you covered with this flexible and bright 50mm f/1.8 lens that has been optimized to provide a good distribution of light across the widest gobo patterns.  It is also the best way to mount the included gels to the lens.

Special Notes

• Most newer Nikon F lenses don't have an aperture ring and closed position, restricting too much light.  You can purchase our Combo Adapter separately to manually override this issue, but you must select the Canon EF adapter from the dropdown when you order your Optical Snoot II Kit.
  
  
• It is not recommended to run a modelling light for extended periods of time.  The Optical Snoot can become hot to the touch.
