Works as expected. A simple and inexpensive accessory

Pleasantly surprised to find two diffuser discs included - coarse/fine. We used the discs as templates to cut out coloured gels. We stopped using softboxes due to even the slightest breeze toppling them and destroying a strobe. Now we use a series of 4 AD200s arranged in a semi-circle around subject and all fitted with these small parabolic reflectors. Their powers are halved on each strobe with the closest set at the lowest power. This setup is stable in the winds we get during our golden hour sessions and shadows have nice gradations.

I love it! However, please include the bulb protector & adjust the price. I missed the this, cost me a 2nd trip from Okotoks, I will be picking up a 2nd flash in the near future. The Reflector is a must add on, giving you the minimum control you need of the light for the bulb attachment. Great product!!

Hi! Is there a way to add a coloured gel when using the bulb with this reflector? Does the reflector still come with a diffuser? I'm looking for a way to make the AD-200 a bigger light source for carrying around during weddings without the hassle of bringing an umbrella or softbox. Do you think this accessory would be good for that use? Thanks!
