Ex: I used it to convert a display tripod stand into a light stand. Legs lay flat on the ground and therefore almost out of your way!

The super clamp is great: heavy enough build to hold mirrorless cameras, microphones and lights; big enough to clamp to most pipes and posts. The customer service was even better than the clamp.
