33 Inch Rapid Pro Deep Beauty Dish Kit - White

Easy setup, great quality

I have taken a few pictures with it in the last week. It gives the traditional beauty box lighting look, but in a much lighter modifier for its size. The grid comes in a separate bag, but it would nice to have a pouch for the beauty dish disc and the retaining thumbscrew in order to prevent the disc from being scratched. Recommended.

My experience has been great. I love how easy it is to use and I can bring it anywhere and pop it open within seconds.

This modifier is top quality, beautiful stitched with solid materials. The grid is great too. It's well worth the value, shipped extremely quick and just before the holidays. Great store. Great products, great service.

Love it! Amazingly built. So impress by the quality. Super easy to assemble. Love the fact that it is so quick to use. I was looking for something that would not take too much room after I use it. I am in love with the fact that I can just undo it in a second and put it away in the bag.

Oooo I have wanted a beauty dish for a while, I was torn between what size to get but long term I think I may end up getting the 24" too so big deal!
I love the white interior, I was skeptical about the 24" having a silver interior which may be too specular for the average person. I did a fitness shoot recently with the dish and love the results out of camera. Very punch, very even and also quite contrasty. It's a unique light quality from a beauty dish that I had read about but until you use one you don't get it! But I'm so far really happy!

The build quality seems really nice, good tough fabric, the diffuser screens are a bit yucky though, they feel very crinkly and cheap but the actual dish feels good and solid. The grid fits kind of well... it's too big, so you end up with a section of the dish not having the square pattern as consistent. But I think you wouldn't be able to tell in a photo so I'm not too worried at this point.

Overall it's a great product.
Ease of use combined with low set-up time is unmatched in my personal experiences. This product is great for on-location, and if you're working with a leaner budget then it's a great option.
Solid construction too. I mean I wouldn't parasail with it, but it's built nicely and has a fairly sturdy feel.
My only criticism would be that I would like to see better bags/modular storage for the gear instead of generic soft-sided zip-ups. When you have multiple pieces of kit from the same group/brand it would be nice if they played nicely together in terms of storage.

Very happy with it. Should have bought this long time ago. Ive set it up with a green screen to make videos for online lessons on A martial art. It lights up the 10 screen evenly, making the chroma keying easy in post production.

The main reason I bought this kit is because its one of the few that is matte white for a softer lighting. At 33 I found that technically it is more of an octobox than a dish. Keep in mind that even with the grid on youll get a greater spill over of light compared to a 22 hard beauty dish. Having said that, I found that the light is altogether different. with the matte white finish and the reflector disk and diffusers I was really surprised how soft and even the quality of the light is. No hot spots on the skin. The dish is very well made and durable considering its price point. Easy to assemble and strike. If you dont mind a bit more spill over of light I would highly recommend it for its quality.

I'll try to be succinct: the dish itself is awesome. It's well built, and has some features not found even in more expensive brands (a double layer of diffusion and included grid for example + mount for example). I can use it as a traditional beauty dish, but with both layers of diffusion it also functions really well as a deep round softbox - including feathering really well (something a traditional beauty dish can't easily do).

On top of that the folk were super helpful. I reached out to them with some specific questions before buying, they were awesome to work with, their customer service is definitely a selling point.

Nice beauty dish! Easy to use and sturdy built. Great fit with the S2 Bowen mount.

The soft box is well made but heavy.
The light is uniform and soft as should be, easy and quick to mount.
With AD400 and AD300 better use the Godox Bracket (the S2 is very well made) because of the weight.

High quality and solid build. Easy to setup and it even comes with a grid!
