No Inner Mechanism
Without umbrella rods to get in the way, the Rapid Snap Softbox can be easily gelled, and you can depend on an unobstructed projection even when the inner diffuser is not in use.
Multiple Speedring Choices
The speedring is user changeable to any of the most popular strobe mounts. Bowens (Strobepro), Profoto, Elinchrom, Alien Bee (Einstein) and even Godox speedrings are available. Just loosen two screws and slide in the new speedring.

Why Use a Square Softbox
This little 20x20 is an excellent precision modifier, great as a hair light or an accent, and for minimal fuss when installing or removing a honeycomb grid. It will find a home as a main light for small products or tabletop photography, where a square reflection may be preferred over an octagonal shape in some cases. It's also great for creating dramatic headshots!
Optional Honeycomb Grid
Add even more control by purchasing the optional 20x20" honeycomb grid. Grids are awesome for preventing flare and directing light exactly where you want it.
Leave The Diffusers
Go ahead and leave your diffusers attached. They'll stay protected because there is no inner mechanism to snag it on.
Super Slim Carrying Case
The included carrying case is all new as well. It is flat with a zippered opening at one end. Just slide your softbox in, zip it up, and you're good to go.
Inner Diffuser Included
Doubling up your diffusion ensures that light hits every part of the front diffuser as evenly as possible, but you can optionally remove the inner diffuser to squeeze out an extra stop.
Easy to Gel
We mentioned this already, but it deserves its own header. Since there's no inner mechanism to worry about, your creative or correction gels can be easily taped into place.

I tell all my photographer friends about the rapid snap boxes. After setting up ridiculous octoboxes and complicated softboxes, this design couldn't be any faster or easier. I love that I don't have to put the diffusers on every time! I used to set up complicated elinchrome Octoboxes when I was pregnant and that was the most annoying thing ever with the belly haha! This will change your world, especially if you set up on location regularly.

The rapid pro series is amazing in how quickly they set up, take down and fold flat. I do wish the carry case was a little larger to fit it all back in a bit easier. Make sure when you pull out of bag that you hold the fabric or you can pull the wires out of the fabric and habe to re set it all up wich is a pain. All on all fantastic product.

Loved the ease at which I could set up and use this Rapid Snap 60" Softbox, which gave me exactly the soft light I was hoping for. I will be looking at adding another Rapid Snap Softbox to my collection for studio and outdoor use...

The Customer Service is as always outstanding.
I used two 12X55 Rapid Snap Stripbox for the edge lights, the 32" Octa with only the inner baffle and grid for key light and the 60" umbrella with diffusion for fill.
The rapid snap system stores itself so small that I was able to carry 7 modifiers up the stairs with 1 hand and probably could've handled 3 or 4 more. Unbelievably awesome!!!

I have two Rapid snap soft box 32 x 47 I use them on almost every project.
I was shooting a commercial for a bank and one of the soft boxes had a small issue with it.
I contacted Strobepro and they took care of the issue immediately sent me a brand new unit and didn’t even ask for the old one back.
I’m a Toronto based DOP that’s been in the business for a lot of years, I’m very impressed with this customer service.

It sets up in one minute, which really helps when you’ve have different locations in the same day to shoot. I got this to use in outdoor sessions as it won’t catch the wind so much as my bigger softbox. I love how it snaps open. It feels really sturdy. The bag that came with it is a nice touch too. I highly recommend it.

I have had to have this item replaced twice because the rods don't fold out evenly and the box is then crooked. The customer service to remedy this has been awesome and I have not complaints. Strobepro responded and sent out replacements right aways, which I genuinely appreciate. However, I do not have confidence in this design and feel that it's unnecessary and contrived. I'm not sure who has a problem with inserting four rods in a speedring to build a box so the idea that it has to be done faster is a bit confusing to me.

Bought this specifically because I wanted to save time fighting with installing diffusion in an umbrella box. This allows you to keep both the inner & outer diffusion installed and open it fully in seconds, no fuss. The light quality is equally as soft as what I was using before.

I really like the design of the Strobepro softboxes. I don’t have my own studio and live in a fairly small apartment so the ability to close it down into such a compact form when I’m not using it is perfect for me. I now own 4 of these softboxes which I plan to put to good use. In time, I plan to get some more.
