It's sturdily made, with a slightly mediocre foam included in the box as the only sticking point. Bass a little too dominant with phantom power on, but very dynamic and responds well to tweaking in post.

I bought this mic because I needed a backup option immediately. I wasn't expecting much but the audio quality is pretty good. That being said its a plastic build and a bit bulky for a LAV but it works. If you are looking for a cheap and decent sounding LAV the Boya is a good option. Pros: Super Cheap Battery last a long-time Good quality Works on any camera No wireless signal interference Super long cable Cons: Plastic build Bulky mic Super long cable (Also annoying)
