The Strobepro Optical Snoot II Kit is designed for strobe and LED lights. It currently fits all Godox lights and will fit the majority of other brands including Profoto, Elinchrom, Alien Bees and more.
16 Hand-Picked Gobos
Our base kit now comes with a much larger assortment of gobos. Both new and familiar gobos make their way into this set of Strobepro staff picks.
The Strobepro Optical Snoot can create focussed or defocussed patterns simply by adjusting the focus on your attached lens.
Optional 50mm Lens
Maybe you don't have an extra lens to delegate to your optical snoot. Strobepro has you covered with this flexible and bright 50mm f/1.8 lens that has been optimized to provide a good distribution of light across the widest gobo patterns. It is also the best way to mount the included gels to the lens.

-1 x Canon EF Lens Mount -1 x Nikon F Lens Mount -1 x 50mm Lens for Optical Snoot II -1 x Additional Speedring
Most newer Nikon F lenses don't have an aperture ring and closed position, restricting too much light. You can purchase our Combo Adapter separately to manually override this issue, but you must select the Canon EF adapter from the dropdown when you order your Optical Snoot II Kit.
It is not recommended to run a modelling light for extended periods of time. The Optical Snoot can become hot to the touch.
I've been able to use the Optical Snoot for several shoots over the past couple weeks. It has been a great experience. The 50mm Lens has allowed me to create windows and other effects large enough to project over my model in a standing position.
The results have been amazing resulting in numerous compliments and question "How'd you do that?'
I have an optical snoot i bought for cheap on Amazon when I first had interest in optical snoots. I can NOT specify enough the huge gap in quality between the one I bought from Amazon for cheap and the one I purchased from Strobepro. The sharpness, the accuracy, ease of use, great stencil selection. It is everything I could have wanted. You are definitely getting your money's worth with the strobepro optical snoot II kit. A must have for creative photographers.
Bought this about a year ago and am totally in love with it. Have not used it for many commercial shoots but for creatives, it gives endless possibilities. The only (somewhat major) downside is that it only comes in a box, not with a decent bag. I'd happily pay $50+ extra just to not have to deal with trying to fit it back inside the box each time.
I installed the EF adapter and my 50mm 1.4 and it works very well, however, with a Canon STM 50mm lens it's impossible to adjust the aperture it doesn't work and I don't know why...
